What to Expect on Sundays
Here's what a typical Sunday morning looks like in 5 steps.
Arrive
We have two services at 9:00 and 10:45 AM. Dress is typically casual, but feel free to come in what makes you comfortable. We are conveniently off Briley Prkwy, at 308 E. Thompson Lane Nashville, TN 37211. When you arrive our parking team will make finding a parking spot easy as they guide you to an open parking spot waiting for you.
Check-In
If you are visiting with us for the first time we would love to have the opportunity to get to know more about you by meeting you at our Welcome Tent. Our Welcome Tent is red and big right outside in the parking lot so you can’t miss it. There are teams that will welcome you, get to know more about you, and answer any questions you may have. They can show you around the church and they have a gift that is just for you. Be sure to fill out our connect card so we can follow-up and see how your Sunday went.
Have Kids?
If you have smaller kids from birth through 5th grade, the members at our Welcome Tent will show you to Lil’ Proclaimers, which we offer at both services. If you have older children in either Middle or High School, our Student Ministry meets during the 10:45 AM service. Our students will play some games and then have a bible study where they are engaging in the topics that are relevant to your students.
All our volunteers have been screened and had background checks through local and federal databases. We provide ongoing training to all our volunteers to ensure that we provide a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for your children on Sunday Morning.
Service
Our services begin with a contemporary worship service where we sing three to four songs. After singing, we engage in a sermon that comes directly from the Bible where we highlight all that God in reveals in Scripture and how it informs our lives today.
Stay Awhile
Feel free to hang around afterwards and get to know people. People at Proclamation love to chat and will make you feel like family.
